This guy, the Bugler Dunne was my great uncle. I am 62 years of age and live in Co. Meath Ireland.
The Bugler was born in the Isle of Man when his father Michael Dunne who was in the Dublin Fusileers was station there.
As a child I read these comics. I would love to get copies. Any idea how I would go about it. I am not even sure of the dates or year?
Coincidentally, one of our team had that issue of Hotspur to hand and it is Issue 155 dated 6 October 1962. The story is three pages long with the first two tinted orange and the third B&W.
The London comic store 30th Century is the obvious first port of call and they have a copy listed at £1.50 plus postage – http://30thcenturycomics.co.uk/catalogue-index/boys-adventure-war-comics/
