In this week’s Panel Borders, Alex Fitch talks to a pair of comic book creators who have been involved in titles which depicted The Death of Superman. In a discussion recorded at Portsmouth Comic Con, writer Louise Simonson talks about killing the Man of Steel in the 1990s and working on iconic Marvel comics such as Power Pack, X-Factor and New Mutants featuring Cable.

Plus, in an interview recorded outside his 2017 solo show at Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum in Glasgow, Frank Quitely discusses drawing eye-popping comics written by fellow Scots such as Grant Morrison and Mark Millar such as All Star Superman, Jupiter’s Legacy and Pax Americana.
