Since today is the 40th anniversary of Doctor Who Magazine, what better way for host Jeremy Bement to celebrate than cover the latest news from New York Comic Con on his hugely enjoyable Doctor Who Panel to Panel podcast – and have a great conversation with the creator of the long-running title, Dez Skinn!

Dez Skinn has worked in publishing industry for over 45 years, on over 80 titles, initially as a comics zine editor then on IPC weeklies such as Buster, Whizzer & Chips and Cor!!, moving to running Marvel UK and launching such titles as Doctor Who Weekly, Hulk Comic and Starburst – the world’s longest running SF and Fantasy Film Magazine. His many credits also include Hammer’s House of Horror and the trade magazine Comics International.
