Judge Dredd newspaper strips by Ron Smith and Mike Collins offered on eBay, bidding ending today

Longtime eBay auctioneer thelordofkeyrings has some great 2000AD original art for sale, including “Judge Dredd” newspaper strip work by Mike Collins and Ron Smith, but you’d better be quick I’d pdf you choose to bid.

Currently on offer are two early boards for the “Judge Dredd” newspaper strip by Ron Smith, first published in the Daily Star in the 1980s – “Stormy Weather” (Episode 36) and “Citizen Went” (Episode 74).

As Richard Sheaf notes on his Boys Adventure Comics blog, Ron Smith art rarely comes to the market, so it’s no surprise bids on both boards are already over £600, with bidding on both closing later today.

Also on offer are some episodes of the popular strip drawn by Mike Collins, today better known for his Doctor Who and Star Trek work in the UK, as well as art by Charlie Adlard, Mark Harrison, Steve Sampson and others, with all lots closing today.
