Colouring Heaven, the only colouring magazine in the UK to focus on fantasy, recently published a Pembe the Pink Cat edition, offering a collection of art to colour featuring the viral sensation and upcoming animated series.
Colouring Heaven are dedicated to only using human-made art in their magazines, as well as their marketing material and digital presence.

For those unfamiliar, Pembe is a kawaii-style, genderless pastel cat character created by designer Sertan Christoffersen, founder of Cute Explode ApS, a Copenhagen-based design studio with a mission to spread joy through uplifting visuals and emotionally intelligent storytelling. Known for its chubby design, love of cookies, and sidekick “Little Pembe,” Pembe gained massive fame via GIPHY stickers – two billion downloads and counting! – and social media.
WexWorks Media was announced last year as a partner to lead the development of a new animated series and guide the brand’s digital entertainment strategy.
“Step into the happy world of Pembe the Pink Cat and bring Pembe’s vibrant adventures to life with your favourite colours,” we’re encouraged by Colouring Heaven. “From cosy naps to playful escapades, unleash your creativity and let the pink magic begin!”
The issue is a travel-friendly 18 x 23cm, for mindful colouring on the go.
When Colouring Heaven launched in 2015, it was the height of the colouring boom. After a couple of years, when the trend started to slow down a little, publishers Anthem decided to relaunch the magazine to give the audience the fantasy content that it loves so much, and that no other UK colouring magazine caters for. So now every issue of Colouring Heaven is dedicated to a different fantasy theme and works with some of the hottest artists around the world to bring their work to the UK, sometimes for the first time ever.
