Stargate Atlantis celebrated with new Master Replicas release

Master Replicas is releasing a polystone replica of the gate from Stargate Atlantis.

The company has carefully reproduced every glyph on the gate, which was based on a digital model that was supplied by MGM. The gate measures 9.25” (23.5 cm) across and comes with a separate display base that carries the Stargate Atlantis logo.

The Atlantis Gate, which was located in the Pegasus Galaxy, was an upgrade on the SG-1 gate. On the show its glyphs appeared digitally, as the crew dialed into a new location. The gate had been left unused for thousands of years after the Ancients fled to the Milky Way after losing their battle with the Wraith.

Thanks to Master Replicas, Stargate merchandise has been enjoying a revival in the last few years. They have released models of five different Stargate ships, some first released by Eaglemoss, some developed by the same company but never released, and a replica of the SG-1 gate, which will ship soon, with more to come.

The Atlantis stargate is available for pre-order now at masterreplicas.com, priced at $54.99/£44.99

• The SG-1 gate is still available and will be shipping to customers at the end of October 2024 | Check out the full Master Replicas Stargate range here
