Patrick Williams

One of the Doctor Who "Sky Ray" cards drawn by Patrick Williams. Reportedly, when the cards were designed Williams was instructed not draw Patrick Troughton's face, because although Wall's had bought the rights to use the character, the TARDIS and the Daleks, this did not include the right to use the actor's likeness
