Hot on the heels of news of the entire run of teen magazine Jackie‘s addition to the British Newspaper Archive, publisher DC Thomson have just published Jackie – The Best of the 70s.

As we previously reported, Jackie, the iconic weekly magazine for teenage girls, launched in 1974 but was at its peak in the 1970s, is now part of the British Newspaper Archive, a subscription service utilising the newspaper archive of the British Library.

So if you want to read some of the strips that regularly featured – both artwork and, later, fumetti – then head there. DC Thomson tell us other titles are being considered for addition.
