Ken Reid Creepy Creations T-Shirts BannerFans of Frankie Stein and Faceache creator Ken Reid have been clamouring for them, and now Rebellion are delivering t-shirts based on his brilliant “Creepy Creations” – but which design is best?

That’s the challenge thrown down via this Treasury of British Comics Twitter post… so let them know your favourite!

Simply select which of the Creepy Creations you want to adorn the next T-shirt and you could win one, too. Tweet your favourite and two randomly-selected mortals will receive the winning tee in their choice of size and colour.

Debuting in March 1973, in the first issue of Shiver and Shake, a two comics in one comic just like Whizzer and Chips, “Creepy Creations” was a back page feature that enabled Ken to let his imagination run riot when it came to creating weird monsters. Readers were invited to send in their sketches for further instalments.

Winners would receive a pound note for their work and see their creation brought to full-colour life by various Shiver and Shake artists (mainly by Ken, but also by Reg Parlett and Robert Nixon).

Rebellion released a collection of the crazy Creepy Creations last year. T-shirts featuring Faceache are already available from the web shop.
