With news that Netflix has struck a content agreement with Ubisoft to develop live-action, animated and anime series based the video game franchise Assassin’s Creed, here’s a check list of the Titan Comics collections to date. This list includes upcoming releases such as the Assassin’s Creed Omnibus Volume One, out next month (24th November 2020), collecting the first three volumes of the Assassin’s Creed comic.

Assassin’s Creed is one of the most popular franchises in the video game industry, with more than 93 million units sold since its inception in 2007. Over time, Assassin’s Creed has broadened its reach into numerous media beyond games, enriching the story’s lore for the joy of many fans.

A live-action series executive produced by Ubisoft Film & Television’s Jason Altman and Danielle Kreinik is currently in the pipeline.

“For more than 10 years, millions of fans around the world have helped shape the Assassin’s Creed brand into an iconic franchise,” said Altman. “We’re thrilled to create an Assassin’s Creed series with Netflix and we look forward to developing the next saga in the Assassin’s Creed universe.”

Netflix’s Peter Friedlander, said: “We’re excited to partner with Ubisoft and bring to life the rich, multilayered storytelling that Assassin’s Creed is beloved for.”

A cinematic adaptation starring Michael Fassbender was released in 2016, but was not an expected success.

Titan Comics launched Assassin’s Creed: Assassins comic in October 2015, initially as an ongoing series, after its success with collections of previous French titles. A number of series have followed the initial 14-issue series, including Assassin’s Creed: Templars and Assassin’s Creed: Uprising.
