2000AD ramps up the pace for upcoming “jump on board” issue as stories near conclusion

The latest issue of 2000AD, Prog 2248, on sale this Wednesday in comic shops and newsagents, comes with a striking cover from the formidable art team of Cliff Robinson and Dylan Teague, an edition of the Galaxy’s Greatest Comic offering some terrific thrills.

Every story is ramping toward conclusion next Prog, with Issue 2250, on sale 22nd September, offering another “jump on board” point for new readers. Tharg has teased several new thrills in the upcoming bumper 52-page special, including a new “Judge Dredd” story from writers Rob Williams and Arthur Wyatt and artist Jake Lynch, “The
Hard Way
”, which finds the law man and Accounts
Judge Maitland targeted for assassination on the
undersea waystation of Atlantis. “Expect explosions,
heavy-duty firepower,” we’re assured, and a more motley crew of mercenaries you could possibly hope to meet!”
