Produced with the cooperation of Terrance’s family, with access to his archive of papers, it is the definitive biography of his life and work.

There will also be a collector’s edition hardback with cover art by Andy Walker, limited to 500 copies and available exclusively from The Who Shop. Simon Guerrier will be signing copies at the store in London on Saturday 28th November.

“I was highly honoured to be asked to paint the cover for this Terrance Dicks biography,” says Andy, “such a great and influential author!”

The Portico Library in Manchester is also hosting a launch event for the paperback on 25 Wednesday November, with Simon Guerrier in conversation with Esther Lisk-Carew from Manchester Metropolitan University, followed by a signing. However, do note the event itself has sold out!

For those that have missed out, the talk will be recorded and shared via the Zero Room podcast (as was done with the launch of Simon’s David Whitaker book).
