Specialist part work publisher Hachette have launched a web site for a 2000AD part work collection – currently being road tested in parts of the UK to see if there is enough demand for a full rollout.
Hachette already publish the Judge Dredd Mega Collection but 2000AD: The Ultimate Collection will offer collections of the other strips from the weekly comic’s 40-year history, starting with Slaine: The Horned God in Issue One.
Compiling the definitive stories from forty years of the award-winning weekly SF anthology comic 2000AD, the Collection will, say Hachette, feature stories “written and illustrated by some of the biggest talents in the industry.
“2000AD: The Ultimate Collection forms a stunning library that represents the best of this most celebrated of titles.”
Subscribers will also gain numerous gifts as part of their subscription, including a 2000AD-branded mug and book ends.
• Visit www.2000adcollection.com for subscription information and more
