This week’s BEANO, out now, kicks off its countdown to the World Cup with the first episode of a “Beano All-Stars” tale from writer Nigel Auchterlounie, drawn by Nigel Parkinson and coloured by Nika Nartova.
Nigel also provides the cover, as the BEANO’s try and come up with an idea that will win them a trip to the World Cup Opening Ceremony in Mexico City.
If you’re a BEANO fan, then you might like to know that this Friday, Saturday and Sunday BEANO artist Nigel Parkinson will be at MCM Comic Con at ExCel, Custom House London, and will happily sign your copy for you!
Nigel is at the three-day event alongside plenty of other comic creators, too, including “Minnie the Minx” artist Laura Howell.
BEANO is available now from all good newsagents, select supermarkets and on subscription
