Independent comic publisher Mad Robot Comics is currently seeking funding for Angel Eyes, a stunning looking project from Andy Lanning, Ant Williams and Matt MacCartney.
In Angel Eyes, which is being offered as an original Graphic Novel and a groundbreaking Motion Comic, we’re introduced to Janus, a professional hit man, whose employers are of an…otherworldly persuasion.
Janus’ actions will either prevent the foretold biblical apocalypse – or, perhaps cause it…
Legendary Andy Lanning (Guardians of the Galaxy), Ant Williams (2000AD) and visionary writer Matt MacCartney (The Hamington Chronicles) invite you to enter a world of metaphysical theology and creative violence, as Janus tries to navigate the conflicting agendas of heaven and hell, whilst the world slowly falls apart around him.
With colours by Steve Canon and lettering/design by Rob Jones, all work on the Graphic Novel has been completed and each chapter of Angel Eyes is capped by a stunning cover from comic industry names: Gary Erskine & Yel Zamor, Rory Donald, Jay Gunn, Sonia Leong, Johanna Ost, Dave Kendall, and Anna Readman & Steve Canon.
In addition to the option of a groundbreaking motion comic and graphic novel, Mad Robot Comics are also offering the chance to obtain hand-drawn sketches from legendary artists Ant Williams and Andy Lanning.
A fast paced action / thriller for fans of works like Good Omens, Hellblazer, Preacher and Lucifer, work on the book has been completed, so why not check out Angel Eyes right now here on Kickstarter?
