Clothing company Diesel has launched a new DC Comics Super Heroes intimate collection, under license from Warner Bros. Consumer Products.
Inspired by the classic 1966 Batman television series – starring Adam West as the Caped Crusader – Warner believes that the ‘underwear is so stylish it demands to be worn over your trousers.’ (Please, don’t).
Available now across Europe, the collection features pop art style artwork, with images of the famous heroes and rogues, including Batman, Robin, The Joker and Penguin.
The range from Diesel consists of four designs: Batman Comic Boxer, Batmobile Boxer, Batman Climbing Boxer and Batman Enemies Boxer, featuring an all over pattern of Batman’s enemies: Penguin, Joker and Catwoman.
A DC Comics Super Hero-inspired intimate collection featuring comic-inspired artwork was launched back in 2011, featuring Batman, The Flash, Green Lantern and The Joker.
• Would you wear Batman underwear? What’s the strangest comics-inspired clothing you’ve ever worn? C’mon, ‘fess up…
