Over on Twitter, the brilliant comics writer and cartoonist Nigel Auchterlounie (best known for his work on the BEANO) has started posting a comedy version of a certain well known Dalek-packed Doctor Who story.

“I’m doing a comic of Genesis of the Daleks,” he reveals, “A comedy version. It’s not exactly setting the internet on fire, so I’ll probably just do episode one, but the nine people who are reading it seem to like it!”

It’s great fun, and Nigel knows his Who lore, too, but he needs encouragement with “likes”, “retweets” and whatnots to keep going, so do check it out and give him some virtual support!
“Regenesis of the Daleks”, which is being created just for fun, starts here – and Nigel tells us he will post the strip to his blog when it’s completed.
