Typically, of course, it’s raining cats and dogs, but Britain’s finest weather casters inform us things will improve later – and everything is now indoors.
The fun starts at 1100 at Lancaster Library with a “Breaking Into Comics” panel with Andy Diggle, Tom Ward and Tim Quinn at 1200; and a Doctor Who panel at 1400 with artists Dave Taylor and John Ridgway and others.
The day includes lots of kids friendly events, and there’s no shortage of things to buy with several comic- selling stands, and comic creators and authors on hand… And of course, Comic Cake!
The event, organised by Friends of Lancaster Library, has been generously supported by local business including First Age Comics, Waterstones and the Lakes International Comic Art Festival.
