Launched last month at a special event in Nairobi, it’s the first anthology of its kind for the Kenyan-based organisation, featuring short stories developed by 21 Kenyan comic artists. A highlight of their activities this year, the launch gained plenty of local press attention.

Earlier this year, the organisation launched its Africomics book, the result of the Africomics regional project featuring fourteen Sub-Saharan African countries, including the work of Melvin Ochieng Otieno.

Since its launch, Reveal! Comic ConversationsEA has developed a wide range of local and international partnerships with creators such as Dr Nicola Streeten of LDComics, and cartoonists Victor Ndula Mapolomoko and Celeste Wamiru, and organisations that include Kenyan health organisation, TICAH, the British Council Kenya, the Lakes International Comic Arts Festival, Médiathèque Alliance Française de Nairobi, entrepreneur Christopher Wainaina, and the Kenyan art web site, Maisha Yetu.
