In addition to an incredible lineup of guests at this year’s Lawless Comic Con in Bristol next month, you really don’t want to miss what looks like will be an incredible “Best of Britain” exhibition of original comic art.
Curated by 2000AD and Doctor Who artist and author David Roach (Masters of British Comic Art, A Very British Affair: The Best of Classic Romance Comics), it looks like there’ll be around 90 pages of art on display from a wide range of artists, by creators such as John M. Burns, Ron Embleton, Jim Holdaway, Mike McMahon, Jesus Redondo, Carlos Ezquerra and Massimo Belardinelli , with art from 2000AD, Warrior, Girls comics, Picture Library covers (lots!), romance art…you name it!
Celebrating its tenth anniversary, Lawless Comic Convention is a British based not for profit comic convention organised by fans and for fans, with a strong focus on 2000AD. Tickets are on sale now.
