Panini UK will launch a new news stand monthly comic, Miles Morales: Spider-Man, on Thursday 20th July 2023.
Priced at 2.99, offering 48 pages of awesome and astounding arachnid-adventure, the first issue capitalises on the success of the phenomenal Spider-Verse movies so far, with Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse due for release next March.
Leaping from the Spider-Verse, high school student Miles Morales faces a constant battle as he confronts sinister Super Villains while juggling schoolwork and balancing his personal life as hero, son, brother and friend – as Spider-Man!
The new comic also features action with Spider-Man: India and Peter Porker, the spectacular Spider-Ham!
Featuring strips by Cody Ziglar, Federico Vicentini, Nikesh Shukla, Mark Bagley, David Baldeón, Abhishek Malsuny, Paco Medina, Gerardo Sandoval, Jordan Blum and Michael Shelfer, Miles Morales: Spider-Man Vol. 1 #1 reprints material from Marvel’s Miles Morales: Spider-Man (2022) #1 and Edge of Spider-Verse (2022) #3 and 4.
The new launch comes just one week after Panini’s monthly The Amazing Spider-Man #31 hits stands, with a similar and clearly successful format, and the latest Spider-Man Magazine, on sale 19th July.
Miles Morales: Spider-Man has also launched as a new monthly title in Italy and Spain, also published by Panini.
• Miles Morales: Spider-Man Vol. 1 #1 is on sale in all good newsagents from Thursday 20th July 2023 and remains on sale until 17th August | Buy #1 direct from Panini UK
