The latest episode of the enjoyable Doctor Who Panel to Panel podcast finds erudite host Jeremy Bement chatting with Dan Slott, writer of Titan Comics excellent Once Upon a Time Lord, the long-delayed Doctor Who special, out next month.
Dan (Amazing Spider-Man, Silver Surfer, Fantastic Four) joins Jeremy to talk about how wonderful it was to finally tell a Doctor Who story, his love of the show and more! Plus, there’s lots of comic news, and reviews, too.
As we previously reported in our preview item, the release date for the sensational Doctor Who: Once Upon a Time Lord from Titan Comics, is now 31st October 2023 – but it will be well worth the wait. Titan have requested reviews of this special anniversary Doctor Who comic be posted closer to the release, but I don’t think it’s giving anything away to say the two upcoming stories included are an absolute delight, featuring art by Christopher Jones, Matthew Dow Smith and Mike Collins.
