2000AD wraps Rogue Trooper epic and more, ahead of mega Christmas special next week

The final regular 2000AD of the year is out this Wednesday, offering three extra-length stories ahead of of next week’s gargantuan Christmas special – and what a corker that is!

Meanwhile, Prog 2412, with a cover by Trevor Hairsine and Dylan Teague, sees the wrap up of “When a G.I. Dies” – a whopping sixteen-page finale! – alongside the zarjaz conclusions to “Judge Dredd: The Comfort Zone” and “Nightmare New York”. (Kek W and David Roach are already cooking up further instalments for this period horror)!

The scrotnig, circuit-shattering bumper Christmas issue is a mere seven days away, complete with one-off tales and the start of new series. Expect to see Strontium Dog, Rogue Trooper, Fiends of the Western Front, Hawk the Slayer, Azimuth, Thistlebone, Portals & Black Goo and, naturally, Ol’ Stoney-Face himself.

“All that and much more,” Tharg himself tells us, breaking away from eating a polystyrene cup*. “If you want a Thrill-powered Chrimbo, humes, you know where to come!”
