Finnish publisher Art House Ltd continues to celebrate the creativity of the “Jeff Hawke” newspaper strip with a new collection, Jeff Hawke: Ihmiskoe (“Jeff Hawke: The Human Experiment”).
This new Finnish collection follows up on the previous collection released through the publisher’s Jalava imprint last year, Jeff Hawke: Ylivaltias (“Jeff Hawke: Overlord”).
“Jeff Hawke”, created by Willie Patterson and Sydney Jordan, is an ambitious and intelligent adult science fiction newspaper strip, first published in the Daily Express between 1950 to 1974, but was also syndicated worldwide. It combines surprising twists and profound storytelling with fascinating human nature research and unexpected encounters with the unknown.
Jeff Hawke: Ihmiskoe, featuring a cover by Venla Käräjämäki and Petri Aarnio is due for release in August 2025. The new collection includes eight adventures and an extensive interview with Sydney Jordan, which the 96-year-old Jordan gave especially for this book.
