Egmont Launches Star Wars LEGO title

Lego Star Wars magazine

Hot on the heels of their Star Wars Adventures magazine launch, Egmont Publishing has now released LEGO Star Wars Magazine.

Produced by the award winning TOXIC Magazine team, the first issue of the title, priced £3.75, is now on sale in all UK newsagents.

The LEGO Star Wars Magazine combines two of the most popular children’s brands of all time, LEGO and Star Wars, and Egmont say they’re confident this will be a winner with fans across the board.

“The magazine brings these two iconic brands together in an irreverent, humorous and fun way,” says an Egmont spokesperson, “that will be a sure fire hit with kids in this age range.”

LEGO Star Wars Magazines is the only place on the UK news stand to find the hilarious new LEGO Star Wars comics – and in the first, you’ll see how Darth Vader deals with a galaxy made of LEGO! In the second story, the crew of Star Wars Rebels get in a sticky situation with the Empire.

The first issue also features hundreds of pounds of LEGO Star Wars sets to win in an awesome competition, along with puzzles and posters.

Every issue comes with an exclusive LEGO toy and in the case of the first issue, that’s a Rebel X-wing.

Laura Adnitt, Publishing Director, Magazines said “We are very excited to be extending our relationship with Disney to also include the iconic LEGO Star Wars brand.”
