Justice League, Wonder Woman Teasers Released at San Diego Comic Con

WB premiered initial footage from Justice League Assemble – due for release 17th November 2017 – at San Diego Comic Con, and you can judge for yourselves whether or not they’ve learnt anything from Batman V Superman debacle. (Well, a debacle for some – it certainly split opinion).

Centring largely on Batman as the team builder, the trailer introduces many of the characters and is peppered with plenty of humour and some great-looking scenes as Bruce Wayne (played by Ben Affleck) tracks down Arthur Curry (Aquaman, played by Jason Momoa, who really looks the part).

The trailer also features Barry Allen, aka The Flash (Ezra Miller) Diana Prince aka Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) and Victor Stone aka Cyborg (Ray Fisher).

Directed by Zack Snyder, Justice League Assemble, the big screen debut of the Justice League, stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill (as Superman), Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller and Ray Fisher. Set after Batman V Superman, fuelled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, it sees Bruce Wayne enlist the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy.

Wonder Woman director Pat Jenkins was also at the Comic Con, with a trailer for the film that also includes Chris Pine as the “cool as hell” Steve Trevor – “Someone who would never be emasculated by Wonder Woman,” the director noted — and the warrior women of the Amazons.

Wonder Woman debuts in the UK on 2nd June 2017 and stars Gal Gadot as Diana Prince / Wonder Woman, Chris Pine as Steve Trevor, Robin Wright as General Antiope and Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta.

Also at the event were the cast of the new Suicide Squad film – Will Smith, Jared Leto, Margot Robbie, Cara Delevingne, Scott Eastwood, Jai Courtney, Viola Davis and more – which debuts 4th August 2016 in the UK.
