Following the success of last year’s event, the CamCon team have announced that a third one day convention celebrating all things geeky will be held once again at the Junction in Cambridge on 30th August 2014 – and the guest line up includes Doctor Who Adventures artist John Ross.

CamCon is Cambridge’s premier multi-genre convention, spanning anime, sci-fi, comics, movies and gaming and is the only convention of its kind in the East Anglia region. This year’s guests include Zoe Burgess, Himezawa, John Ross, Glenn Dakin, Alan Cowsill, ObabScribbler, Reverb Brony, DeadlyReg, Niche Comics, Ushio Comics, and many more!

During the day, there will be a variety of panels and workshops, a cosplay masquerade, comic industry talks, a maid café, a dealer’s room, live action role play, and much, much more, culminating in the biggest evening show yet, featuring a series of acts showcasing the best local talent. This will include a tantalising performance by Coeur De Plume, live bands such as The Scissors, Bouquet of Dead Crows, Von Nitros, All We Earthlings, Gossip Wolf and The Fox and will be rounded off with an epic club night hosted by Psychocandy.

In addition, their gaming arena hosted by Game will be back, once again with exciting previews and prizes.
