Major British event organisers Showmasters are offering comic book creators and other artists, illustrators and self published writers the opportunity to share their talents in front of the thousands attending the event at the Birmingham NEC at the next Collectormania.
Showmasters comes back with Collectormania 24 – Film & Comic Con on Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th June 2017. The event includes photo shoots, panels, autograph sessions and hundreds of stalls full of TV, Film and Sports memorabilia.
The Small Press and Artist Alley exhibitors at the next event will again be a dedicated showcase area in which they can not only promote original work and sketch but also sell prints, books, comics, cards, badges, buttons and any other merchandise featuring their art or writing.
However, at present there’s a lack of any information on their web site as to who will be in the event’s “Comic Zone“, even though there is plenty of information about TV and Film guests, including Supergirl‘s Helen Slater, Doctor Who‘s Sylvester McCoy, and Stargate SG-1‘s Michael Shanks among the 30-plus stars announced.
What’s your experience of Collectormania as a comic creator, company or fan? Let us know, below…
