The brainchild of author Chris McAuley, edited by Mark Worgan (editor unofficial fan Dr Who Annuals published by Terraqueous Distributors), the book features illustrations by Charles Waples, with contributions from Chris, author John Peel, actor Terry Molloy and others with Doctor Who connections.

This new book displays “an unwavering desire to tell stories that embody the terror, grandeur, and tragedy of the Daleks and the Time War,” says Chris. “These stories are designed to be raw, unrelenting, and at times, deeply unsettling.

“This is not a collection for the faint of heart,” he continues. “It delves into the darkest corners of war, morality, and survival, showing not only the brutality of the Daleks but the lengths to which the Time Lords were willing to go in their battle against them”.

Aiming to thrill all readers and fans with stories of the wider universe of Terry Nation’s extroadinary creations, beyond Doctor Who, this is a charity project. All proceeds from this book will go toward Multiple Sclerosis (MS) research, a cause deeply personal to Chris and to so many others.

“Whether you are a Doctor Who fan, a lover of dark science fiction, or simply someone looking for a book that does more than just entertain, I hope you find something within these pages that resonates with you,” says Charles Waples.
