Dalek Daftness offered on eBay! Unique Doctor Who art up for grabs

Ace cartoonist and writer Lew Stringer is selling another one of his “Daft Dimension” original strip art published in Doctor Who Magazine on eBay, this one very much Dalek… er, focused!

Featured in the official Doctor Who Magazine No.574 in February 2022, on offer is the original pencil and ink artwork on Bristol Board, not a print, or a copy, measuring 320mm wide by 168mm high, including margins.

“This strip is unsigned but I’ll be happy to add my signature if required,” says Lew, “at no extra cost of course.”

Lew Stringer is a writer and artist of humour comics and has been freelancing in the UK comics industry for almost 40 years. His credits involve work for a range of age groups, including “Combat Colin” for Marvel UK, “Tom Thug” for Fleetway, “The Pathetic Sharks” for Viz, “Team Toxic” for Toxic Magazine and many more. He’s been published in The Dandy, Oink!, Buster, Sonic the Comic, and numerous other titles. He’s also had a lifelong interest in the history of British comics and has written articles for the BBC website, Comics World magazine and others.

Lew currently does “Pup Parade” for The Beano, “The Daft Dimension” for Doctor Who Magazine, and “Sgt Shouty” for The77, and sits pencils ready for other commissions!
