Around 260 vintage comic listings are in the latest Phil-Comics eBay auction this week, ending this Sunday, 22nd, and Monday 23rd August 2021.
“There’s lots of variety and scarcity so hopefully something will catch your eye,” auctioneer Phil Shrimpton notes. “I’m always happy to combine postage.”
There’s good news for collectors of Dandy comic free gifts – two seldom seen giveaways from 1960 are up for grabs tomorrow on eBay.
“The ‘Whirlybird’ is particularly hard to find and this one’s been in our collection for over 15 years,” says Phil. “I’m only selling this as I found another with a slightly better envelope.”
The auction also includes the first three issues of the 1960s adventure comic Terrific, complete with free gifts.
