The 2000AD Summer Special is available to pre-order now from the comic’s official web store, featuring an incredible roster of creators and a shop-exclusive variant cover by Emily Zeinner.
Creators lined up include Tula Lotay, Alex De Campi, Maura McHugh, Tillie Walden, Katy Rex, Laura Bailey and many more to be announced.
Also just revealed, initially on web site The Nerdist, is a stunning Judge Anderson poster for the Special by Eisner Award-winning French artist Marguerite Sauvage.
A graduate in Law and Communication at Paris University, Marguerite, who lives in Montreal, chose to follow her passion for art and become a freelance illustrator. Her work has appeared in various magazines, including Elle, advertising and publishing (for clients such as Penguin Books and Hachette).
More recently, she’s been working in concept design on animation and video games), and in comics, including cover art, for US publishers such as DC (DC Bombshells), Marvel (Civil War) and Valiant (Faith) – to name but a few.
In addition to her Eisner Award, her work has been nominated for a Joe Shuster and GLAAD award last year, and a Russ Manning awards in 2016.

The founder of downthetubes, which he established in 1998. John works as a comics and magazine editor, writer, and on promotional work for the Lakes International Comic Art Festival. He is currently editor of Star Trek Explorer, published by Titan – his third tour of duty on the title originally titled Star Trek Magazine.
Working in British comics publishing since the 1980s, his credits include editor of titles such as Doctor Who Magazine, Babylon 5 Magazine, and more. He also edited the comics anthology STRIP Magazine and edited several audio comics for ROK Comics. He has also edited several comic collections, including volumes of “Charley’s War” and “Dan Dare”.
He’s the writer of “Pilgrim: Secrets and Lies” for B7 Comics; “Crucible”, a creator-owned project with 2000AD artist Smuzz; and “Death Duty” and “Skow Dogs” with Dave Hailwood.
