Work has begun on putting together a new issue of Jack Kirby Quarterly, the original zine dedicated to the top American comic artist, which existed well before US publisher Two Morrows made a prozine of a similar sort of publication.
The cover of the new Jack Kirby Quarterly devoted to all things Jack Kirby is provided by Steve Rude, and Paul Gravett, whoiscontributing to the title, is on board as an Editorial Assistant, alongside creative all-rounder and editor Chrissie Harper.
“I’m seeing this issue come together and as you can see from this advance, not-final cover for #16, it’s going to be a rich feast with a focus on the special partnership between Kirby and Joe Simon,” Paul teased on Facebook.

More updates will follow on the dedicated Jack Kirby Quarterly Facebook Page, including how to support and pre-order on Kickstarter, as this magazine is not getting Diamond distribution into your local comics shop.
