London’s Cartoon Museum gets set to celebrate 40 years of 2000AD

Judge Dredd Art

We’ve heard from downthetubes contributor Richard Sheaf that London’s Cartoon Museum is to host an exhibition to celebrate 2017 being the 40th anniversary of 2000AD.

The exhibition will occupy the main gallery space and contain 70+ pieces of artwork.

The Museum is currently hosting “Heroes and Villains“, an exhibition of art depicting real life, the cartoon and comic world that highlights those we love and those we love to hate. It features political cartoons, cartoon and comic strips, and caricatures, including some selected by celebrities and members of the public.

• More details as we get them, but do bookmark the Museum’s web site at: www.cartoonmuseum.org
