The last regular 2000AD of the year hits newsagents and comic shops this Wednesday – but there are plenty of thrills to come from Rebellion before Christmas, and in the first months of 2023.
Not only do we have Prog 2311 with a cover from Steven Austin coloured by Jim Boswell to look forward to this week; as previously reported, the Finn: Origins collection is out this week, too.
However, there’s also news of a slight delay to the release of one previously-announced title. You’ll have to wait just a little longer for the second and final Karl the Viking collection, featuring stories by the legendary Michael Moorcock and Don Lawrence. This will now not be released until 22nd December, but it’s well worth the wait!
The next announced Treasury of British Comics collection releases are The Steel Claw: The Cold Trail in January, followed by the third, much-anticipated volume of The Leopard From Lime Street, out in February.
Featuring stories from Tim Tully and artists Eric Bradbury and Mike Western, in the third collection of Britain’s best-loved homegrown superhero, collecting stories published in Buster from 1978 through to 1979. Billy Farmer, aka the Leopardman continues to juggle his tough home life with his career as Selbridge’s premier superhero!
As the Leopardman, Billy has managed to thwart countless dastardly villains, but now he faces an all new challenge as The Snow Beast is in town, intent on causing chaos during a cold winter…
