The Blacklist #1 Comic Debuts at San Diego Comic Con With Exclusive Cover

Blacklist #1 - SDCC 2015 Cover

This year’s San Diego Comic Con (July 9-12, 2015) sees Titan Comics debut The Blacklist comic series with a special SDCC themed cover.

Drawn by Vancouver-based artist and occasional animation writer Colin Lorimer, whose comics credits include UXB, Harvest and The X-Files, among others, this special SDCC exclusive cover features the formidable Raymond ‘Red’ Reddington, as played by James Spader.

As we previously reported with some preview pages, the comic series is penned by Nicole Dawn Phillips and drawn by Beni Lobel (Constantine, Batman: Arkham Unhinged) and developed in conjunction with The Blacklist TV series from Sony Pictures Television. The first arc (Issues 1-5) will feature stories which expand upon the events of the TV series and feature all the major characters from the show, including the formidable Raymond ‘Red’ Reddington, along with characters Lizzie (Megan Boone), Donald Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff), Dembe (Hisham Tawfiq) and others.

The Blacklist #1 comic with its SDCC exclusive cover will be available to pick up at Titan booth #5537, along with other Titan Comics and Titan Merchandise goodies
