Mike Collins – currently drawing Doctor Who strips for Doctor Who Magazine, among other things – has worked in illustration for over 40 years, drawing almost every big-name comic book character along the way, and is best known for his Doctor Who drawings for Doctor Who Magazine, IDW, Titan and two graphic novels for BBC Books, as well as writing and drawing Doctor Who online games for Tiny Rebel.

In animation, Mike has worked on shows as diverse as Warhammer 40k and Horrid Henry. He is the illustrator of two original graphic novels and has worked on many other books and magazines across various genres. Mike has also been a storyboard artist on TV shows including Doctor WhoFool Me OnceHis Dark MaterialsGood OmensThe WitcherMidwich CuckoosLazarus Project and The Famous Five. In 2024, he was the artist for the comic tie-in with the concept album Croix-Noire.
