By popular demand, BIG Chief Studios Parker figure, from Gerry and Sylvia Anderson’s 1960s smash hit Supermarionation show Thunderbirds, will soon be available to order via the company’s Launch Pad platform and specially selected exclusive retail partners.
Available as an Exclusive Signature Edition of only 500 worldwide, Parker was Gerry’s favourite character from Thunderbirds.
Parker joins Lady Penelope Thunderbirds as a BIG Chief Studios Limited Edition figure, with Alan, Gordon and John completing the ranks of International Rescue’s heroic Tracy Brothers last year.
Featuring the most authentic character likenesses, moving Optx eyes, gripping hands, hand-tailored costumes and special illuminating display bases, each figure comes packaged in a retro themed display box with specially commissioned art by renowned artist Lee Sullivan.

The founder of downthetubes, which he established in 1998. John works as a comics and magazine editor, writer, and on promotional work for the Lakes International Comic Art Festival. He is currently editor of Star Trek Explorer, published by Titan – his third tour of duty on the title originally titled Star Trek Magazine.
Working in British comics publishing since the 1980s, his credits include editor of titles such as Doctor Who Magazine, Babylon 5 Magazine, and more. He also edited the comics anthology STRIP Magazine and edited several audio comics for ROK Comics. He has also edited several comic collections, including volumes of “Charley’s War” and “Dan Dare”.
He’s the writer of “Pilgrim: Secrets and Lies” for B7 Comics; “Crucible”, a creator-owned project with 2000AD artist Smuzz; and “Death Duty” and “Skow Dogs” with Dave Hailwood.

These are just incredible, and the packaging is a joy. I saw some of the Anderson screen-used puppets and models at a toy exhibition I went to some years back. So much work went into those TV shows by Gerry and Sylvia and their team.
