Things are a little different this month with Graeme Neil Reid’s Art Raffle. The biggest difference being the huge selection of paintings to chose from but also this month there are two winners – but you need to be quick to be in with your chance to win!
Graeme has been painting scenes from the Star Wars franchise as a means to practice and relax with a quick change of pace from his normal work.
Since January, he’s painted twelve different acrylic pieces and so as always the winner of the main raffle will get to pick which of the 12 they would like as a prize.
Then, there will be a second draw – but this time it will only be for those supporters unfortunate enough to have not yet won a raffle. The winner of the second draw will get to pick one piece from the remaining eleven paintings.
Graeme is a Scottish artist who now works primarily in traditional mediums of watercolour and acrylic. His work has graced many different areas including books (The Dangerous Book of Heroes), television (World’s Strongest Man), gaming (Need for Speed), magazines (Radio Times), comics (2000AD and Judge Dredd Megazine), online and apps (Doctor Who).
On offer this month – twelve different scenes from the Star Wars franchise including the iconic Millennium Falcon in the ‘jump’ to lightspeed, Darth Vader’s steam vented castle from Rogue One and Bantha tracks in action from A New Hope. All twelve paintings were painted in acrylic on Cotton Canvas Boards at 5” x 7″ (12.7cm x 17.7cm) size.
Entering couldn’t be easier, by pledging just $1 a month on Graeme’s Patreon site you get entered into the Art Raffle plus rewards including Work in Progress posts, Art Club with first chance to buy his art, postcards, stickers, PDF books to download and a range of discounts at his Etsy Store. You can read more information about the raffle and see all the previous winners and prizes over at his blog.
This is a great chance to win some amazing art and support a terrific artist. Do check this opportunity out!
• This competition will run until midnight (GMT) of the 31st March 2018, and the winners will be notified shortly afterwards. The winners will get to choose one of the twelve paintings as their prize
