Wizards Keep Publishing – the independent publisher run by comics creator and tutor Tim Perkins – has just announced their next publication – The Worlds End Ashcan 2.
Due for release in time for the coming autumn/winter convention season, the 20-page comic is the prologue to the second in the “Science Fusion” graphic novel series, Worlds End – Volume 2 – A Hard Reign's Gonna Fall.
Regular readers of downthetubes will recall we enthused about the first volume of this fantasy-science fiction on thevrelease of the first volume last year.
With more sequential story content than the first ashcan, the company used to promote the first terrific volume of Worlds End, this is a must for all fans of the saga. Containing an eight-page sequence from the beginning of the second book and a three page back up strip, it's sure to become another collector's item.
Priced at £1.50, the same as the original Ashcan, this comic book will not break the bank.
Plus, if you buy a copy of the first in the series of “Science Fusion” graphic novels now, you'll get a free copy of this second Ashcan, while stocks last.
The specific publication date of this second Worlds End ashcan has yet to be confirmed – but it will be during October 2013.
