Roy of the Rovers 65th Anniversary Special out next month

Rebellion have released details of their hardcover Roy of the Rovers 65th Anniversary Special, due for release Wednesday 4th September 2019.

Roy of the Rovers 65th Anniversary Special

Roy of the Rovers is the greatest British football comic of all time and for generations, the exploits of Roy Race enthralled hundreds of thousands of readers. Through kidnappings and shootings, pregnancies and punch-ups, Melchester Rovers’ star striker kept the goals coming – and became woven into the fabric of football in the process.

The football star is currently the focus of a Roy of the Rovers 65th Anniversary Special exhibition at Manchester’s National Football Museum, which runs until Sunday 3rd November 2019.
