Ned Hartley is a writer and editor of many books for children, including Marvel Museum, The Ladybird Big Book of Dead Things, Albert Einstein: A Graphic History, Paperscapes: The Jungle Book and a small fleet of Star Wars annuals.
Ned also writes “Bananaman” for the Beano comic, and was a contributor to the recently-released Monster Fun special. He lives in London with his wife and two children, and is still amazed that you can make a living by knowing far too much about comic books. He has not been bitten by anything radioactive. Yet.
Jensine (pronounced JEN-sen) Eckwall is based in New York City, where she lives with her partner and two dogs. There, she graduated from the School of Visual Arts. Jensine’s work appear in books for both children and adults, and she works in ink, gouache, animation and with digital tools. Her interests and influences include folk art, horror movies, electronic music and psychology.
Her work has been recognised by the Society of Illustrators, American Illustration, International Motion Art Awards, Spectrum Fantastic Art, 3×3 and the Chesley Awards.
