ARTIST OPPORTUNITY: 24 HOUR COMICS MARATHON APPLY NOW

We are looking for a comic artist. Not just any old comic artist, we are looking for an artist with a bunch of comics under their belt already, a proven track record that they can draw pictures into little boxes with the best of them. Not only that, but an artist that wants to rise to the challenge of the 24 hour Comics Marathon starting at the Lakes International Comics Art Festival on the 16th October 2014 and finishing the following day.
If chosen, you will be working alongside a handful of the most talented artists around to draw awesome comics.
Please email us at: julie@comicartfestival.com and include a bit about yourself and examples of your work.
If selected you will join the 24 hour Comics Marathon team and you will be put up for 3 nights in Kendal, your travel will be paid for, all food and you’ll be a guest of the festival for the weekend whilst you recover! (Note: applications are invited from artists based in UK or international artists who can cover their own travel to UK).
The deadline for application via email is 14 February 2014
