Explore the colourful market of Ueno, and see the Asakusa district, through the narrow streets of Shinbashi and the restless nights of Shibuya and Shinjuku, in a very different light.

It’s a Tokyo that the Edo painters never knew, featuring not just beautiful, original Tokyo illustrations but five views of Osaka, too. And to top it off, the author has also created three original guides that are perfect for exploring the Tokyo neighborhoods of Yanesen, Kanda and Asakusa.

The A5 bilingual book is in English and Japanese, allowing more people to discover all of Tsuchimochi’s views of Tokyo.
