Aces Weekly Volume 59, the digital anthology published by artist and writer David Lloyd has just launched, offering plenty of new comics, running over seven weeks of serials and shorts making up to 150 cyberspace pages, including Extras.
The new volume comes hot on the heels of the tenth anniversary of the long-running project David has been, well, deservedly relentless in promoting, at comic events worldwide and online – so if you haven’t checked Aces Weekly out already, it’s about time you did. Because we think he’s going door to door, next.
Stories “Sicarios”, the terrific minimalist tale of murder and mayhem from Roberto Corroto Cuadrado and Ertito Montana; Chris Geary on “Serraq”; the continuation of the beautiful, haunting “Taiga – Warrior of the Underworld” by Antonio Vilchez del Ojo; more “Merlin & Hector” from Jok and Santullo, “Living the Dream” by Fer Calvi; Roberto Goiriz, continuing the intriguing, “Labyrinth”; Anthony Smith with another “Incredible Tale”; and strange SF from Pablo Barbieri Guionista and Jorge Luis Gabotto with “Outpost Z”, and more.
Aces Weekly is the exclusively online comic art magazine from David Lloyd – the comic creator perhaps best known for his work on V for Vendetta, but who has been publishing this digital anthology since 2012!
