It’s an epic Awesome Comics Podcast show this week after Vince Hunt, Dan Butcher and Tony Esmond asked for listener questions – and boy, did they get some great ones! (Be warned that there is some swearing and some risque lads mag-skewed chat before they get going with the Q&A).
The questions spark conversation about a range of subjects from websites for comics, booking tables for conventions, what makes an excellent comic and it ends on an epic debate about a battle royal with 1980s action heroes that almost spills out of control.
There’s also some more brilliant books and creators to check out, Vince admits his love of cake, Dan drops a Danny Dyer impression and Tony slaps everyone in the face with his Remo Williams knowledge.
Mentioned in this episode are: Singing Dragon Launch Party, Singing Dragon, Mike Medaglia, Maria Stoian, Take It As A Compliment, Alex Demetris, Gosh Comics, True Believers Festival, Dad’s Not All There Anymore, Drugs and Wires, Tara O Connor Comics, Mesy Comics, Turncoat, Bess, Eimurian Tales, Jenn Ryhssa, Avery Hill Publishing, Chris Imber, Reckless Hero, Fly Comics, David Hitchcock, Penned Guins, The Great Salt Lake, The Dust Bunny Mafia, Super Graphic, London Super Comic Con, Pipedream Comics, A Place to Hang Your Cape, Down the Tubes
