There’s still time to support The77 Publishing‘s second issue of their humour comic, LOLZ, “for all readers aged 7 – 77” – but the clock is ticking!
The latest project from the UK’s award-winning independent comic company, LOLZ is an all-new 32-page comic aimed at younger readers and lovers of beautifully crafted comic strips, featuring strips by both veteran and fast-rising comic creators from across the UK. Contributors include Mike Collins, Sonia Leong, Nigel Parkinson, Michael Powell, and many more.
The campaign ends this Sunday, 17th November 2024, and you can back it here.
On offer are two covers, the main one by Sonia Leong, featuring her creator-owned character, Decravia and friends; the variant, by SP:Zero, features the LOLz gang – choose either or both to pledge for.
LOLZ No.1 launched this summer and proved a success, but crowdfunding on this second issue has proven a little harder to reach target, in comparison with The77’s other publications such as The77 itself, and This Comic is Haunted.
As ever, along with a great mix of strips, backers can also pledge for add-ons, such as signed pin-ups, a LOLZ t-shirt, and variant editions.
