Enniskillen Comic Fest has added Nik and Dan Abnett to its list of guests for its event in May 2018, joining other creators such as DaNi, Boo Cook and Colin MacNeil already announced.

Dan Abnett
With Dan’s work on “Judge Dredd” and his co-creations like “Sinister Dexter” for 2000AD, the organisers say he’ll really fit in this 2000AD -centric event.
Regular downthetubes readers will know his work on many titles as both editor and writer for Marvel UK, including Death’s Head II, but he’s also a well-established prose author. His Warhammer Fantasy and Warhammer 40,000 novels and graphic novels for Games Workshop’s Black Library now run to several dozen titles and have sold over two million copies.

Nik Abnett has published work in a number of mediums, including advertising, training manuals, comics and short stories. She has worked as a ghost writer, is a frequent contributor to Black Library Publishing, and regularly collaborates with her partner, novelist and comic author Dan.
In 2012 she was runner-up for the inaugural Mslexia novel-writing competition. Savant, released by Solaris last year, was her first solo, independent full-length work of fiction.
