Nestling among a huge range of film posters, vintage games and more on offer in the latest Excalibur Auctions “Collectors’ Cavern Auction” of entertainment memorabilia there are some items sure to interest our readers – including a copy of a draft script for a reboot of the Gerry Anderson series, UFO, Doctor Who and Thunderbirds comic art.
The script, written by Ryan Gaudet and Joseph Kanarek, was prepared for Paul Eggington by The Robert Evan’s Company, who are part of Paramount Studios and worked on The Godfather, Chinatown and The Cotton Club. This project is still categorised as in development on IMDBPro (subscription required).
Also in the auction is a portrait of actors Peter Cushing and Veronica Carlson by Walt Howarth, inspired by the film Frankenstein Must Be Destoryed.
The auction takes place on 6th July 2024, starting at 10.00am and you can bid via the Excalibur Auctions website or via The-Saleroom.
