If you’re a fan of the art of Graham Bleathman, best known for his extraordinary art bringing the many worlds of Gerry Anderson, including Thunderbirds, to life, then you won’t want to miss out on a chance to own some of his art, currently being offered at auction.
The art is being offered in an online-only timed “Animation & Illustration – Disney, Thunderbirds, Children’s Television & Others” sale by East Bristol Auctions ending 2nd January 2024.




The auction also includes animation art for a variety of children’s animated series produced by Calon, previously known as Siriol Productions, such as such as Billy the Cat, Romuald the Reindeer, SuperTed, Princess Irene and more, Iron Giant art by Richard Bazley, art commissioned by publisher Macmillan by Michael Cox, Robert Harrop figurines featuring characters from shows such as Captain Scarlet, Camberwick Green and The Wombles, and comic strips such as Andy Capp, and more.



The person with the highest bid when the time runs out, wins the lot. You can bid online across one of the many platforms that host the auction house’s many sales. (Note you will need to register with whichever ever portal you use, first). A bid within the final 10 minutes will reset the timer to 10 minutes.

He also edited the comics anthology STRIP Magazine and edited several audio comics for ROK Comics; and has edited several comic collections and graphic novels, including volumes of “Charley’s War” and “Dan Dare”, and Hancock: The Lad Himself, by Stephen Walsh and Keith Page.
He’s the writer of comics such as Pilgrim: Secrets and Lies for B7 Comics; “Crucible”, a creator-owned project with 2000AD artist Smuzz; and “Death Duty” and “Skow Dogs”, with Dave Hailwood.
